At Sri Lakshmi Home Made, we prepare every pickle with care, freshness, and hygiene. Since our products are homemade and perishable, we follow strict guidelines for cancellations and refunds. Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once the preparation or packaging process begins, cancellations will not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only if:
Wrong product is delivered
Package is damaged, leaked, or tampered during delivery
Product is not delivered due to courier failure
Payment is charged but order is not confirmed
To process the claim, customers must share photos/videos of the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will NOT be provided for:
Taste preference issues
Slight variations in colour or texture (as products are handmade)
Delayed delivery caused by courier partners
Address errors or customer unavailability
Products that are opened, used, or partially consumed
Missing proof of damage within the given time frame
4. Replacement Policy
If the product is delivered damaged or incorrect:
We will arrange a free replacement, or
Provide a full refund, based on stock availability and issue verification.
Replacements are approved only after verifying the evidence provided by the customer.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
6. No Return Policy
Since pickles are food items and prone to contamination:
Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
Only damaged/incorrect orders are eligible for replacement or refund.
